My son and I broke out the pastels yesterday, and this is what came of it, at least on my part. He drew two black waterfalls, subsequently making a very creative black mess all over his hands and the inside of one nostril.

I have a hard time drawing things with much dimension to them especially dragons, so although I only got one wing on there, I am proud of myself that I gave him two arms and his tail comes toward the front of the picture. Hooray for me, and down with anything that this guy has to say.

Very nicely rendered in pastels. I wish I could have seen the boys art, you should post it. There is a whole consortium of people out there that are really into kid art.

And a few into Fat Guy art.

I love the pastel dragon. He could probably fly just fine with only one wing, so don't worry about that. Nice tail too!

Sorry, I know I'm a horrible mom, my kids drawing spent a few days on the fridge and then I chucked it in the trash. Just for the record, I do save some of them, but if I saved them all I would have a whole garage full. Maybe next time. (Come on this blog is about me. Me, Me, Me!)
